


Our Philosophy
At Shift, our mission is to re-educate our clients about the healthiest and most effective ways to achieve the body composition, health outcomes, and fitness goals they are seeking, and to give them to the tools they need to to get there in the simplest, most realistic and enjoyable ways. Many of us were exposed to a certain concept of an "ideal" body image early on in our formative years (read: as thin as possible), and were additionally led to believe that there was a certain way to get there (read: cardio. lots of cardio.) Now we know better, and it's time to do better. Research is increasingly revealing the benefits of resistance training for all ages, so your training program will incorporate the resistance-focused variables and research-based nutritional guidelines that are right for you depending on your personal goals. Whether it's building lean mass, losing weight, reducing your risk of osteoporosis, becoming a faster runner, or simply feeling stronger, we are here to help you make the shift to a more powerful, healthier you.
